Heterotopia’s Rebecca Shelley will present Adventures in “Polyglossia”: museum theatre and multilingual audiences. Showcasing six projects that she produced in Brussels, Belgium between 2008 and 2013, Rebecca will reflect upon the complexities of combining heritage interpretation and performance in ways that are either inclusive of multiple languages simultaneously, or which opt for a non-verbal approach in order to overcome language barriers.
