The Hellenic National Committee of the International Council of Museums – ICOM and Disigma Publications invite you to the presentation of Foteini Venieri’s book “Museum Theatre: History, Theory, Applications”
Friday, January 24, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Offices of the Hellenic National Committee of the International Council of Museums (Ag. Asomaton 15, electric station: Thisio).
The book examines the evolution of museum theatre as an interpretive strategy, its contribution to public engagement, as well as its applications in Greek museums. It is a combined approach of theory and practice, with the aim of strengthening the possibilities of museology and museum pedagogy.
